Idea generation

After talking with Tania she has suggested I look into creating a system to help myself and other illustrators draw everyday. We discussed what it is that stops myself and others from drawing and I decided it was creative block in my case. So I've gone about looking ionto how other illustrators idea generate and I'm going to see if I can come up with somekind of solution from my findings.
